Soviet Periscope Vision Device BMO-190 (Not working)

Orgin: USSR.

BMO-190 Prism Periscope.

Used by light armored vehicles of the Soviet Army, (BTR, BRDM)

Torn out a vehicle many years back, still contains mud and grime of those days.
Seen storage since..moonlanding I'd guess.

Not in working condition but can be seen through.
